I have not been excited about flats in a long LOOOONG time...

that is, until I saw THESE babies!

They are indeed shoes shaped in the form of a mouse, but not just any mouse! These shoes are shaped like an edgy, fierce studded mouse! :)

These shoes are by the brand Bumper, a shoe brand I had not heard of until I found these lovely creatures! These shoes are called the Bumper Sappi Studded Flat.

As soon as I saw these shoes, I knew they were meant for me. However, it was upon further inspection that I realized these shoes reminded me of shoes I had longed for previously but never purchased because of the price...

The shoes I purchased are the budget-friendly version of the Marc By Marc Jacobs Mouse Flat!!!

The Marc By Marc Jacobs Mouse Flat sells for $250, while the Bumper Sappi Studded Flat was only $26 total, after shipping, because of a 20% off code I used! 

The only difference I can tell between the two versions of the mouse flat shoes is that the Marc By Marc Jacobs version is made of leather, and the Bumper version is made of velvet! I CAN DEAL!

I am overly excited about the Bumper mouse flat, I admit! I can't believe that FINALLY a dupe of the Marc By Marc Jacobs Mouse Flat has hit the streets! I've had my eye on the Marc Jacobs version for ages, but the price was not a price I was willing to pay (250 bucks for a pair of flats? NO THANK YOU...). Thankfully, now I won't have to! :D

Beyoncé Inspired Outfit Of The Day/Look For Less + FOTD!

Hello lovlies!!!

Long time, no blog post....my bad :(

On the other hand, I have a nice lil' outfit of the day post for you guys today! 

This outfit was inspired by the lovely R&B goddess, Beyoncé!!!

Beyoncé is always a class act, especially when it comes to her outfits of choice. A couple of weeks ago, 

she was spotted in a red tuxedo blazer by Dsquared² and a pair of skinny leather pants by J Brand. The blazer runs for about $560, while the leather pants are about $600.

I LOOOOVED her outfit, and realized that I had similar pieces in my closet already (Don't you just love when that happens) !

Here's my FOTD (Face Of The Day) ♥

For my eyes, I used the Too Faced Naked Eye Palette. That palette is one of my favorite neutral palettes of all time! On my cheeks, I was wearing Maybelline New York Expert Wear Blush in Pinch o' Pink #20. On my lips, I had on L'oreal Colour Riche Lipstick in Fairest Nude #800.

Kelly Rowland at The X-Factor Press Launch: Wedges = WIN

Two days ago, Kelly Rowland attended a press launch for the tv show/competition The X-Factor, which is aired in the UK.

Let me just say her entire outfit was awesome, but those shoes...*fans self*

Honey child...those wedges are TDF (to die for) !!

The dress, a backless number from the Versace Fall/Winter 2011-2012 collection, was stunning. She paired the cocktail dress with a pair of Giuseppe Zanotti wedge booties. 

And check out her makeup!

I love how she complimented the green of her dress with green on her lower lid. Her lashes are pretty darn awesome too!

For those of us who can only dream of the Giuseppe Zanotti wedge booties, I may have a nice, cheaper alternative...
