I hope everybody is doing well! It was FINALLY a sunny day outside! No rain, only sunshine. I was PUMPED!!! I've been waiting and waiting for sunny Spring weather, and it's finally arrived. THANK GOODNESS. The rain storm we had out here was not pretty...

New Drugstore Sighting: NYC Expert Last Nail Polish!

Hello sweethearts! Guess what I spotted this weekend at Rite-Aid? A new nail polish display!!

NYC New York Color has released a new limited edition nail polish line called NYC Expert Last Nail Polish! Look at those colors!!! Mint green and pastel yellow..so perfect for spring! Unless you're like me, and wear whatever polish color you want to during whatever season..lol. These polishes retail for about $2.49, which is a bit more than the $1.99 price of the polishes in their permanent display. However, I think the bottles of these polishes are slightly larger than the bottles of their permanent line polishes. And yes, I did pick up a few colors so if you'd like to see some swatches or if you want a review please let me know! =]

My St. Patrick's Day FOTD

Yea yea....I'm hella days late. My bad, my loves!!! Hopefully you don't mind ^_^

On St. Patty's Day, I wore a green smokey eye look, because I didn't feel like wearing green clothing..lol!

For the look I used the Wet N' Wild Snow Sprite Palette from the holiday collection that was released last year. If you are a subscriber of my Youtube channel, you know I did a video on that whole collection and that I loved it. I still love each and every palette that was released in that collection... ♥

Later that day, I put on a mint green beret so that I wouldn't get pinched! On my lips I'm just wearing a Sally Hansen Diamond Lip Treatment lipgloss that I got from CVS for a dollar =)

My Ebay & Blog Sale Haul!

Hey guys! I just received these items in the mail today, and I couldn't wait to show you all!

 

I got the Etude House Tangerine Nail Kit from Ebay & Elizabeth Arden Palatino Rose from a blogsale :D

 

I have wanted Palatino Rose for sooo long....I'm so happy that it's finally mine! I mean..look at that shimma!!!

 

I heard about this Etude House kit on a website I visit pretty frequently about a month ago, and I thought it looked darling! Wait...it's actually called a "Darling Nails Kit"..hmm..truthful marketing. Anyways, I love peachy-orangy shades because I don't believe I can pull off a straight up orange color, so this set looked perfect for me. And the glitter..*drools* This is my first time ever purchasing anything from the brand Etude House, so I hope it works out for me!

Nail Of The Day: Nina Ultra Pro Bossa Nova

Hey ladies (and gents ?)! Here's the polish I've been wearing for the past few days. I'm in looooove with this color! I wore it during my latest haul video, and got questions about it so here it is! It's by one of the brands exclusive to Sally's Beauty Supply. It's by Nina Ultra Pro, and it's called Bossa Nova. That name... freshness!

This blue color is perfect for the weather we're having right now..it's raining cats and dogs outside =\ Such a blue kinda day. Do you like blue nails for yourself?

MAC Surf Baby Collection - May 2011

I am SUPER EXCITED for this upcoming MAC collection!!! It's their upcoming collection for this summer, and I can't wait! I've only been a Mac lover (addict) for about a year now, but I did indulge in last year's summer collection. I loved every item I got! This year will probably be no different. The packaging for this collection is too cute! I think I'm most excited about the eyeshadows and the blush! What about you?

I wore this makeup look the other day, and I thought I'd share since I did a video tutorial for it. It's pretty basic. It was inspired by Kelly Rowland in the new music video "Gone" with Nelly. I honestly didn't know she was still making music! I'm glad she is though. I've been a fan of her's since Destiny's Child!

Drugstore Haul: I Bought A Nail Polish For $0.39!

CVS is truly an amazing place. It's my favorite drugstore when it comes to coupons and deals. Today I went into my local CVS with a $1.00 off Revlon coupon, and came out with a Top Speed polish for $0.39!!!
This week at CVS, all Revlon polishes were on sale for $3.99. With every purchase of a Revlon nail polish, a $3 extra care bucks coupon was given. I already had a $3 bucks back coupon from a previous purchase, so I used that plus my $1.00 off Revlon coupon. My total was TAX. The nail polish was basically FREE! AND they gave me another bucks back coupon for buying the polish!!! *WINNING*
Gotta love CVS!

Here's what my entire haul consisted of:
- Revlon Top Speed Fast Dry Enamel in Pink Lingerie
- Elle magazine for March 2011
- L'oreal HiP Bright Shadow Duo in Showy (it was on clearance for $2 and some change! WHOOP WHOOP!)
 From Rite Aid I got:
- Rimmel London Lasting Finish Pro nail polish in Sunset Orange (there was a $1.00 off coupon on the display!)
- Wet N' Wild Craze Nail Color in Nocturnal
- Wet N' Wild Mega Eyes Creme Eyeliner in Black
Rite Aid was selling Wet N' Wild cosmetics products for BOGO half off, and Wet n' Wild is one of my favorite cosmetic brands so I had to indulge ;) I've never tried their creme liner, so hoepfully it's good!

St. Patrick's Day Nail Art Fail..WHYYYYYY

Again...I FAIL with nail art. 

What the heck maaaaan! I just can't get it right...My four leafed clovers look sad. That's my only real problem with it. I'm going to try one more time today to do this right because I was going to do a nail art tutorial on my Youtube channel if I liked it.Maybe it didn't turn out right because it was rushed? I dunno...I give up... for an hour..

Nicki Minaj Keeps It Colorful And Cute in Her "Super Bass" Video Preview

Yall know I LOVE me some Nicki Minaj, and I can't wait for this video to release! Her makeup during the preview looks STUNNING! My thoughts and prayers go out to anyone and everyone that has been affected by this disaster that has stuck Japan. 

Last night, Japan was hit with an earthquake of a magnitude of 8.9. That was followed by a 20-foot Tsunami.

February's WORST Product of the Month

If I remember, I'm going to try to do a worst product of the month post, and a best products of the month post for each month of the year. How does that sound?? I think it should be fun. 

I've been meaning to do a blog post on this product for a while, but I never got around to it. Finally, I believe it's time to share my disappointment with you all =(

Revlon Super Lustrous Lipstick in Stormy Pink (Matte)!!!!!!!

The formula on this lipstick has to be the worst ever to come from Revlon. If you've seen some of my drugstore videos then you know I'm a BIG fan of Revlon. I love my Colorburst lipsticks like no other. However, the application of this lipstick was like a slap in the face! Who do they think they're fooling with this crap??? This lipstick is sooo drying, unlike any other Revlon lipstick I've ever tried. The pigmentation is barely there since it's so difficult to apply without being blotchy. Son, I am disappoint...

I'm sick! :'(  I don't know if I have a cold or what, but whatever it is, it's kicking my butt! My voice sounds terrible. I look deathly. The list goes on...

Sally Hansen CRACKLES Are Coming!

O-M-Freak'n-G....Sally Hansen is hopping aboard the crackle train!Yes, ladies and gents, crackle polish will be available in a drugstore near you come this summer. The beauty editor for Teen Vogue, Eva Chen, tweeted this picture yesterday. They are rumored to be released this June. I am pumped! I'm a big crack fan (haha). What do you guys think of the new Sally Hansen polishes? Are you excited at all?
